Nothing but headaches and doesn’t work...

The product has never worked reliably, and recently stopped working and synching altogether. As a result, I have lost over a decade of accounting data that is no longer accessible to me, and can’t even create a brand new configuration or setup anymore (self-hosted, it is simply not accessible over any network, and keeps generating an "Error creating offline DB” message. Worthless and expensive.

The company’s unwilingness to listen to their customers has always been a problem, but this recent grand fail was the last nail that now drove me elsewhere.
