Does something very unique, and does it pretty well.

Admittedly, I prefer a software that works everytime with no problems, but that is kind of an unrealistic expectation. What won me over is that when I finally asked Marketcircle to help me get this running for four users over a network of about ten macs, they immediately responded and kept up communique with me until it was fixed. They even offered to screen share and help me even further but we got to the root of what was wrong.

Customer service is super important to me and they have it. I look forward to their products improving and offering even more features and reliability, but for us, Billings Pro is really working out well.

Of course what you really get from a program like this is keeping track of all your billable time which helps for estimating the kind of work that we do in the future and helps you get your times worth for the project you are currently working on.

Lastly, the clients love the invoices. which is saying a lot!
