New Cloud Service Is Unreliable

I was a happy user of the product before they switched to their new Cloud-only service. I had to prepare an invoice today and their system was down so I couldn’t create and send my invoice. I will be switching to something else.

The application itself is very good. I tried quite a few applications and hosted services before I settled on Billings. I am very disappointed to have to switch to something else, but I’d rather use something that has fewer features than one that won’t permit me to generate an invoice.
